need someone to make me bracket

i want to drop my saddlebags and move them back a bit, and need some one to make me a 2 bracket (i have the template) but i do not have the tools.

no welding involved

what I need is 4 pieces of 12" X 4" rough stock. either 1/4" or 3/8".
once i get the right measurement for the holes to line up, i will go to ss.
anyone?

I can do it for you but I am in Utah now so it would be best if you could get final plans and then I can just cut them and ship them to you once.  Feel free to PM me if you want to try and go this route.
