Looking to go darkside on my 2005 vtx1800c what size rear tire should I use and best brand?

not a fan of the darkside but have seen a couple of guys do it but not for a long time. If memory serves I think they ran a 195-16. Don't know the best brand but I think you try to find a tire where the tread runs in the same direction on both sides of the tire.
