Thanks Danny!! By running parallel to the shock, I mean the plate runs from the bottom of the shock towards the top of the shock, and is mounted on the bottom bolt of the shock.

Damn it...... Ya'll are gonna force me to fab one of these up. I thought someone would have posted a pic of one by now.


I'll pick up some stainless in the morning. I'll post a pick when I'm done.

Looks good! With the beetle bags, you're very limited. I like the way it's apart of the frame.

OK, I gotta' ask, what are You talking about? Mine is on a plate???? attached and doesn't cover up the turn signal or taillight. Are you talking about a License plate frame now, or what?

thats what ive been toying with to get made.

Just a bit of input, If someone is making those, maybe it would be a good idea to have 2 mounting points. Make the bottom like a u and bolt on both sides of the shockmount. 

Claw, nice rim ahd hub, Shinny...
