Tom, sorry to hear of your accident, you are in my prayers for speedy recovery. I'm glad it was not any worse.

Kim and I stopped in to see Tom Saturday morning. He and sister morphine appear to be getting along pretty well. I can honestly say that Tom is one bruised up dude. Made me hurt just to look at all the bruises. He was in great spirits and would be out of the hospital by now if they would put him in charge of the surgery team. Tom wants them to hurry so he can sing karaoke at BBT. If you know Tom, you know he is a mover and a shaker. Don't be surprised if he makes an appearence at BBT.  Tom is a   :boxing: Get well soon Buddy!

Vanessa spoke to Tom's wife last night, and she told her that Tom had his surgery yesterday afternoon. He was doing good, and still pretty sedated when they were on phone. Tom had told us Saturday that the doctors were probably going to start his physical therapy about 3-5 days after this surgery. He is hoping he will be able to at least show up at BBT to see everyone. So let's keep our fingers crossed that he will be able to, and have a speedy recovery. :thumbup: :thumbup: :thumbup: I will keep everyone updated as I find out more.

:redcard: italked with Tom last night and he is still on the mend!! They did ultrasound and CAT scans again and have found no vital organ damage! He is still in a lot of pain and talks like a drunk when druged! He also said he has not pinched a nurse yet. It will be a GOOD sign when he does!!!  Keep him and family in your prayers!   I did not assk if he has road rash on the inside of his cheek!!!!!!!!   Ride safe ride long

:redcard:  this is secondhand info but Tom is out of the hospital!  He is in the care of his family in an undidclosed place.  He is still unable to walk and care for himself. He is also still in pain!
