sure is funny how the City of Galveston wanted the rally to leave but as soon as IKE hit and devastated the city they all the suddon love bikers money. Alot of issues after last years late rally is how the hotels JACKED up the rates by 200%!!

Now the local hotels wamt the rally so in 2010 there will be a spring and fall rally. Go figure $$$$$$$$$$$$$$

Ohhhh....and they want to charge for parking on the seawall >:D

They had a good showing last year, and this year should be better --- I plan on making it.  :c

If I am not out of town for work I will make it.

I showed up at a campsite where 4 of my biker co-workers were staying. We were going on a morning ride to get breakfast. Two of the guys that were supposed to ride waved me on and said "We can't make this one". My boss started his bike and looked at me and said "A lot of people 'own' motorcycles".

Still debating if I am going or not..

The first one I went to was 2 years ago with Jen, Jay, trent, and Stever... Not sure if any can add up to that one. Plus If I take two days off, I lose a lot of money....

I hope to go, but it depends on the paycheck... I sure would like to meet some of the Houston folks....
