This years dinner arrangement will be a little different to ease food ordering and time.  It will be a Prefixe menu.

-Sliced Beef Tenderloin topped with bourdon mushroom sauce served with garlic mashed potatoes and green beans $24.00
-Norwegian Salmon with rice pilaf and sautéed spinach $13.00
-Fettuccini Alfredo with grilled chicken $14.00

Ok.  I'll keep a mental note at the end of the poll.  anyways, this mostly to help the restaurant figure out how much food they need.  We need to be in the ball park and not like last year where we had about 10-15 more people show up that we were not or rather they were not anticipating.

I would not be surprised if the same thing happens this year again.  There will always be someone who does not RSVP, or someone who brings a last minute guest (or 5) without telling us.
