Brand new rider
« on: August 13, 2013, 10:33:52 AM »

One of my best friends is buying a bike today.  So naturally, I talked him into an X.  He's a complete newbie having a couple of hours on my bike in a parking lot and some hours on a V-Max in his youth.  Anything going on with the X Riders that we could participate in?

He won't be able to make this one, but I might.  Question:  Where is Maw Maw's and/or Whitehouse?  I don't see a route plan.  Sounds like East Texas.  Fine by me.

I'll be there!   :bikerider:  MawMaw's on the 31st is a go.

Turns out a few of us live within a couple of miles from one another in Saginaw.  We're working on a ride or 3 with my newbie friend.  It's fun to see the perma-smile on a new riders face.  Good stuff!

Looking forward to meeting new riders, might be a good time to talk about where this group is heading. At the very least, toss some ideas in the hat.
C ya all there :bikerider:

My grandson's Birthday party is Saturday and I can't make the trip although I'd like to see everybody and especially my Coon-Cranberries'ed little buddy. Would also like to hear some ideas about things to come!  :c
