Howdy from Ft. Worth
« on: July 22, 2012, 03:48:06 PM »

Hi all...have had several bikes over the years and sold my last one (VFR800) around 6-7 years ago. Got the fever again and picked up an '06 VTX1800C with 4900 miles last week.  Haven't logged too many miles on it yet, but what an awesome bike!

Howdy from south of Houston.  There are several riders in your area.  If you want to ride just post up the info and usually you will have several bikes that will tag along.

I don't care what other people think. They don't do it very often!
Of Course it's dirty. It's hard to clean when the tires keep moving.

Welcome from Houston, Sammm.  You seem to have propensity for awesome bikes (VFR800, VTX1800).  At 4,900 mi., your X is hardly broken in.  Looking forward to meeting you at one of the statewide functions.
