Toys For Tots - 6 Dec - Sponsored by Metroplex Marines

"Toys for Tots" has become something of a generic term for all the toy runs this time of year.  But the original program is run by the Marine Corps Reserve.  This run is to benefit that program.  It is sponsored by the Metroplex Marines.  This ride begins and ends at the McKinney VFW.  It is an escorted 40 mile route through Melissa, Blue Ridge and Princeton.  Really pretty country.  And of course another great cause.  I'm thinking maybe breakfast at Bill Smith's Cafe might be a good rally point and it's pretty close to the VFW.  Me and Miss Angela will certainly be there.  If there's any interest we can flange up a plan.  Miss Angela's been dying to have some X riders over to the house.  Lucky me, I'm invited too.  This might be a good time to hit the new house in the afternoon for a couple cold ones.  The margarita machine is in the starting blocks.  Post up and let me know.

We live about five minutes from the VFW and Miss Angela is thinking Hebrew Dogs and adult beverages after the run.  It's scary how much we think alike.  It goes without sayin that all are welcome.  Post up your intentions so I can lay in supplies.  Looking forward to it.  I've got a margarita machine that can keep up even with this group.

BJ~  the better half and I will probably make this ride and could always use a good margarita.  Pencil us in for two Hebrew Dogs and a pitcher of Ritas....   ;D
