Anyone in DFW Painted their motor and polished their fins?

I want to do this mod to my bike, but I'm unsure of how to do it and make it look professional. I had someone on the internet try ti explain it to me but he just confused me more. I would like to meet someone who has done it and look at their and have them show me in person how to do it and what are the proper steps. Any help would be awesome!!!
