Hi Everyone
« on: July 24, 2014, 10:50:31 PM »

Hi everyone,
I own two bikes an '03 VTX 1800 Retro and an '08 Goldwing. I live in Spring just south of Tomball near 249. Hope to be riding with some of you soon.

Anyone can own a Goldwing, but not everyone can own a VTX 1800. (Why because Honda doesn't make them anymore.)

Welcome to the group.  I am one of the HD'ers formerly a VTX1800 Retro Owner.  Check the Meet and Greet board, next Wednesday the M&G will be in your back yard at Goodson's in Tomball.  I'll be there and I know a few others will show as well.  If you want to put some miles on the Wing we are also doing a ride to Mena Arkansas in October.  There is a thread in "Out of State Rides" but rooms are booking up fast!!!

Rocket67 I would enjoy meeting you all in Tomball but I will be out of town working. I should be home in about ten days. I am hoping to make the Arkansas trip, maybe take vacation time for that. I have made that trip before with my brother and loved it, we had a great time.

Welcome to the board! Sorry your stuck in the Houston area so as a safety measure you need to drink bottled water (more beer will work) so you won't be as goofy as those other folks from that area!!  :stickpoke: :stickpoke: :boxing: :c :c :c

They do a M&G every Wednesday so you will get your chance.  All you need to remember is that everyone on this board is named David.  Looking forward to meeting you on the AR ride.

Thanks everyone, it is great to know others close to where I live. I hope maybe someone might like an over night or a couple of nights ride. When I get home I will post and see if we can line up something. And I will not have any trouble remembering your names David.... lol
