But fear not. The reason is worth it. I'm leaving Sunday to fly down to Cancun and ship out on a 51' Formosa that is going to Rio Dulce, Guatemala. And as an added attraction, it's winter time down there so the temperature is only getting to 85 or so.
I'm going to pick up some hot little mama down there and spend a couple of weeks knocking around in Guatemala and Belize before coming home. I've always wanted to go to Belize and look around. My dad's mother was born in British Honduras before they gained their independence. So here's a chance to see the mother country.
And that hot little mama? Connie is not getting to go on the boat so she is flying to Guatemala a bit later to visit some friends in Rio Dulce before I arrive by sea.
