Of Course it's dirty. It's hard to clean when the tires keep moving.

I think it moved to Robstown, near Corpus.  I can't remember the name of the place right now.  I seem to recall it may be a Bar & Grill with benefits.  Then there is that place just south of I-20 in Longview.  A gentleman's club with private rooms.  Half price Wednesdays.  BYOB.  Set-ups and ice extra.

Hmmm - From Salvation to Sin - What a thread jack!  :couch:

Here it is....
on 8/29 I will meet up with others from S.A. and Austin @ Buckeys on I-10 between 8:45 - 9:00 am KSU 9:05 ride to Shiner..

See attached link.... let me know what you think...
I think a good 20-30 minutes at each church is enough to soak in the paintings and architecture.

All riders to meet up at Shiner, 306 S ave. F  @ 10 am.
Tour the church till KSU @ 10:30 to Praha.

For lunch after the stop in Praha, there is a BBQ place in Schulenburg called Express BBQ depot. Have not heard much on this place, but there is variety on the menu. From here move on to Dubina and then Ammansville.

If someone can recomend a place in La Grange to eat, we can skip stoping in schulenburg and eat in La Grange (let me know so I can add to the route). Then finish at High Hill at or around 3 PM.

Please post if you are interested, so I can know who all is going.... No obligations... just a cruise we wanted to make and it would be nice to have fellow TXR's riding along.... :bikerider:

The wife and I went this weekend. We took 529 to 159 to LaGrange. Then we took Hwy 71 to Hwy 77 South. Made for a great ride. Go to the Chamber of Commerce for a map, cost $4.00. We had a great time. If you are into history at all you will enjoy the churches.  :flag:
