I showed up at a campsite where 4 of my biker co-workers were staying. We were going on a morning ride to get breakfast. Two of the guys that were supposed to ride waved me on and said "We can't make this one". My boss started his bike and looked at me and said "A lot of people 'own' motorcycles".

If y'all elect to dine in San Marcos there is a strip center on the right just before you go under IH-35; several restaurants to select from there.

By the way, when Marigold and I rode out last week DPS was working 290 and 21 really hard; we saw quite a few of them.

Nope, still wednesday. All day. And it'll be a long one I think.

I can't WAIT til tomorrow! At least I get to sleep part of the day away - lol! (I just got home from work)

To those with whom I talked about leaving today. (Friday)

I plan to take the HOV lane at 10 and 610 at 4 o'clock and drive pretty much straight through to Bandera.
I'm either going 10 - 46 - 16 or 10 - 410 -16. I want to get into Bandera as close to dusk as possible because of the deer.
